Inner Development Goals (IDGs) as a pathway to employability in academic programmes
In collaboration with the teaching team, we assess existing curricula, identifying practices that are already present targeting future-oriented/career readiness/inner development skills.
Drawing on locally used criteria like the Dublin-descriptors, we define learning outcomes appropriate for various levels, design input and modes of assessment.
Identify further opportunities for more targeted education
Assist educators to merge ESG and IDG priorities into their disciplinary teaching and training, for example through methods of active or problem-based learning.
Hands-on workshops
Practical workshops and sharing of good practice to demonstrate educational practices from classroom to online teaching and assessment. I can deliver or help develop courses focused on critical language awareness as an avenue to inner development and sustainable leadership.
